• Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe and subject to their terms.

Service Availability

We rely on third-party platforms (Supabase, Vercel, etc.) for hosting and infrastructure. While we aim to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You can check our current status at our status page.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Avoidable Apps remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without prior written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avoidable Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
